Bringing Happiness + Joy Into Life and The Yoga Practice.
This is a instructed yoga class that boosts happiness into our bodies, leaving us feeling strong, more joyful and reset in our lives. Yoga for me is pure joy and freedom. Often we get involved in the outer experience of the yoga postures or we get too much in our minds and we lose out on the joy and freedom, and get filled with discouragement. In this two hour workshop I’d like to share how tools like our breath and our minds can shape the way that we practice yoga.
